SANA'A April 04. 2024 (Saba) - The local authority in Sana'a province, in coordination with the Mobilization Division, organized a speech event on the occasion of International Al-Quds Day 1445 AH.

At the event, which was attended by a number of members of the Shura Council, the first deputy governor of the province, Hamid Assem, stressed the importance of remembering the Palestinian issue as it is the first central issue of the nation and Yemen in particular.

The commemoration of International Al-Quds Day was considered a message to the people of the nation about the importance of uniting ranks to support the Palestinian people in defending their homeland, self-determination, and moving to liberate Islamic holy sites and lands.

He urged the Governor's Deputy to prepare well to commemorate the International AlQuds Day as a reminder of the oppression of the Palestinian people , the killing and destruction they are subjected to in Gaza and the occupied territories.

During the event, which was attended by the head of the services committee in the province’s two local districts, Mahyoub Mahdi, the director of the technical education and vocational training office in the province, Aziz Al-Rajali, and the Secretary-General of the Association of Yemeni Scholars, Allama Taha Al-Hadhiri, touched on the violations that the sanctities and occupied lands are exposed to in light of the Judaization settlement projects , what the people of the Arab nation should do and Islam does something to get out of the state of silence and subservience.

They stressed that Al-Quds Day is an important day, and any revolution it adopts is a real and sincere revolution, and they pointed to the true Yemeni position and the axis of resistance that is sincere and supportive of the battle of “Al-Aqsa Flood.”
